"We are excited to offer you the opportunity to participate in the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, & Math) Summer Bridge Academy at Southeast New Mexico College through our Title III STEM Grant. The SENMC STEM Summer Bridge Academy is a quality driven program designed to adapt and implement a series of best practices for recruitment and retention of
students in the STEM fields. As part of our mission, our program aims to develop a learning community of peers, expand the number of students entering and completing STEM degrees, and to encourage success in freshman math and science courses at SENMC. To accomplish this, our program offers a no-cost summer bridge program to help students enhance their mathematics, critical thinking, problem solving, and study skills, all essentials to being successful in college."
